Anna is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group.
- Counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- Represents private and municipal employers in federal and state discrimination cases at both administrative and judicial levels
- Defense of Fair Labor Standards Act claims including multiple employee cases
- Provides ongoing employment advice to institutional employers, including professional corporations, colleges, and public school systems
- Prevailed on motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in federal cases alleging retaliation and discrimination
