Dan is of counsel in the firms Newport News office. Dans practice includes litigation in the real estate area and counseling in a wide variety of employment issues including wage and hour claims, sexual discrimination, racial discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, employee handbooks, and drug testing. Dan has also successfully litigated cases involving covenants not to compete and breach of franchise agreements.
