Frank is a partner in the firms Newport News office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation. Frank represents businesses of all sizes, as well as individuals, whenever disagreements arise in business transactions. When necessary, he has successfully tried and won cases in both state and federal courts. But what he enjoys most about his practice is helping his clients succeed by keeping them focused on their own goals, so they can get on with their business and focus on the work they love. Frank also advises employers on labor and employment matters.
