Kevin is focused on representing companies, banks, governmental entities, and 501(c)(3) organizations in a wide variety of financing transactions, including for commercial development, transportation and utilities infrastructure, senior and affordable housing, and acute care hospital projects.  He also frequently represents parties in swaps and derivatives transactions.
