Kevin is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Public Finance Group.  He serves as counsel to parties in bond financings for hospitals, retirement communities, colleges, secondary schools, nonprofits and local governments, and for developers in public-private partnerships. Kevin also has considerable experience in corporate law and business acquisitions.

  • Regularly represents continuing care retirement communities in public offerings and private placements of tax-exempt bonds
  • Serves as bond counsel for several regional hospital systems
  • Serves as bond counsel to state and local government issuers in connection with general obligation, lease revenue, and utility system bond transactions
  • Serves as bank counsel in direct loans to local governments and 501(c)(3) organizations
  • Advises clients on interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions
  • Advises clients on Municipal Advisor Rules and other regulations applicable to municipal bond market participation
