Kevin is a member of the firm's Corporate and Public Finance Group. His business law practice involves serving as bond counsel, bank counsel or underwriter's counsel in bond financings for government, healthcare, educational and private sector borrowers. In addition, Kevin has considerable experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, 501(c)(3) organizations and commercial transactions.

  • Represented privately-held agricultural cooperative in corporate bond tender offer and new issue of bonds
  • Served as bank counsel in numerous direct loans to local governments and 501(c)(3) organizations
  • Advised clients on Commodities Futures Trading Commission regulations relating to interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions
