Scott is Co-Chair of the firm’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Alliances Practice Group and a partner in the Commercial Section where his practice focuses on corporate law and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, commercial finance, private equity, and commercial contracting.
