Ellen is an associate in Kaufman & Canoles’ Norfolk office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Government Contracts and Construction Practice Groups. Ellen handles various business litigation matters at the federal and state levels and in the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission. Ellen also advises clients on international business issues involving export control matters. Active in the community, Ellen serves on the executive board of The James Kent American Inn of Court and is active in the Virginia Maritime Association’s Propeller Club.
