- Successfully represented major transportation company in acquisition and rezoning of large tract of land in Isle of Wight County for location of coal storage facility
- Successfully represented estate in sale of farm property and old English antiques realizing approximately $100,000.00 increase in value of real estate from initial appraisal
- Represented majority of contingent heirs in complex litigation necessitating IRS Letter Ruling to modify $20+ million trust to enable contingent beneficiaries to immediately receive benefits from the trust
- Provided successful legal argument in case resulting in beneficiaries successful attempt to terminate irrevocable trust
- Handled numerous foreclosure sales involving hotels, corporate businesses, and large undeveloped tracts of land for insurance companies and banks
- Represented numerous families in estate planning and administration matters involving multi-generational factions
