Hunter is a partner in the firm's Williamsburg office. His civil litigation practice focuses on the representation of individuals and businesses in federal and state courts, primarily in environmental, commercial and fiduciary matters. He also represents pilots, aircraft mechanics and aviation-based businesses.

- Represents airmen and mechanics before Federal Aviation Administration, National Transportation Safety Board, Transportation Safety Administration and U.S. Court of Appeals
- Represents and advises aviation-based businesses on regulatory compliance

- Represents property owners in defense of real property claims, such as partition suits and sales contract disputes
- Represents estate executors, trustees and other fiduciaries in contested claims relating to estates, wills and trusts.
