Hunter is a partner in the firms Williamsburg office and head of the Aviation Law and Finance Team. His civil litigation practice focuses on the representation of individuals and businesses in federal and state courts, primarily in environmental, commercial and fiduciary matters. He also represents lenders and owners/operators regarding the protection of aviation assets. He advises pilots, aircraft mechanics and aviation-based businesses, and acts as outside counsel to a commercial airline.

- Represents airmen and mechanics before Federal Aviation Administration, National Transportation Safety Board, Transportation Safety Administration and U.S. Court of Appeals
- Represents and advises airline, airport and aviation-based businesses on regulatory compliance
- Represents homebuilders in court and before administrative agencies
- Represents property owners in defense of real property claims, such as partition suits and sales contract disputes
- Represents estate executors, trustees and other fiduciaries in contested claims relating to estates, wills and trusts.
