Government Contracts Breakfast Seminar - Affirmative Action - 4.14.16

April 14, 2016

Historically, the term “affirmative action” has invoked strong emotions – both in favor of and against the idea; however, in today’s world, affirmative action has become a way of life for federal contractors. And, should be a way of life for some federal contractors that may not have realized it yet. During this session, we will provide an overview of the affirmative action requirements for government contractors, including a discussion of who is covered, what is covered, the creation and implementation of an affirmative action plan, and the audit and enforcement process used by the OFCCP.

Join K&C Attorney and member of the Government Contracts & Construction team Randy C. Sparks Jr. and former EEOC Director John Di Dio for an informative breakfast seminar on affirmative action.
