The employment aspects of performing under a federal contract provide an important, additional complexity to the already challenging array of employment laws. This seminar will provide an update on employment law developments impacting government contractors. K&C attorneys and members of the Labor and Employment team, Scott Kezman and Bob Barry, will address recent Executive Orders, Administrative Actions and case law updates on topics such as OFCCP investigations, affirmative action, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and more.

The cost to register for the breakfast seminar is $25. The proceeds from the seminar will be matched by K&C and donated to the following non-profits: Wounded Warrior Project, Saint Mary's Home and the Navy Seal Foundation. Please make checks payable to Kaufman & Canoles.
