SBA_s Veteran_s and Women_s Small Business Annual Procurement Conference

The Small Business Development Center is proud to present the Veterans and Women Owned Small Business Conference. This conference is part of an ongoing effort by the SBDC and its resource partners to reach members of the military community including active-duty service members, veterans, transitioning active duty service member ,Disabled veterans and women owned business. This conference is open to all veterans entrepreneurs, women small business owners and those who are thinking of starting a business and are seeking information about procurement opportunities, and sources of financial and/or technical assistance. Representatives from the City of Hampton, the Army Corp of Engineers, WIPP, Vetbiz, Small Business Liaison, PTAC, Stephen E. Story of Kaufman & Canoles, and much more will provide resourceful information and business opportunities in the state of Virginia. Lenders will also be on hand to provide information on working capital loans for start-up and existing businesses. Attendees will be able to apply for loans up to $25,000 at this event. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. 

8:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
