Kaufman & Canoles' Noona as Co-Counsel Garners One of the Largest Patent Infringement Verdicts Ever Awarded in Eastern District History-$115 Million
Stephen E. Noona recently completed a three and a half week patent infringement jury trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in which the jury awarded his client, ActiveVideo Networks, Inc., a historic verdict of $115 million against several Verizon entities.
