Ann K. Crenshaw & Vincent J. Mastracco Jr. Selected to the Inside Business 2012 Power List

May 2012 - Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce Ann K. Crenshaw and Vincent J. Mastracco Jr. were selected to Inside Business' 2012 Power List. Mr. Mastracco is a partner in the firm's Norfolk office where he works with clients as they buy, sell and grow their businesses and enter into new markets. He brings 30 years experience as bond counsel, underwriters counsel, issuers counsel and borrowers counsel in tax-exempt financing and has been instrumental in assembling many of the most significant commercial developments and public-private partnerships in Hampton Roads.

Ms. Crenshaw is a partner in the firm’s Virginia Beach office where her practice focuses on commercial real estate services in the areas of zoning, land use, development and transactions, including purchasing and leasing. Ms. Crenshaw’s practice also includes creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, business restructuring and loan modifications.
