Basnight Named to The Salvation Army Board of Directors
Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Daniel F. Basnight was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of The Salvation Army - Virginia Peninsula. He was appointed to a two-year term, which commenced on December 15, 2009. The Salvation Army is an evangelical organization dedicated to assisting those in need throughout the community.
Mr. Basnight is of counsel in the Newport News office of Kaufman & Canoles. His practice includes litigation in the real estate area and counseling in a wide variety of employment issues including wage and hour claims, sexual discrimination, racial discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, employee handbooks, and drug testing.
