Laura Geringer Gross Receives Influential Women of Virginia Award
Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Laura Geringer Gross has been named one of Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2010 Influential Women of Virginia. The Awards recognize the outstanding efforts of women in the Commonwealth who are making notable contributions to their chosen professions, their communities, and society at large.
Ms. Gross is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm’s Norfolk office. Her practice includes advising clients on a broad range of employment-related issues and representing clients in court and before administrative agencies. Ms. Gross is also a frequent lecturer on employment law topics and regularly conducts management and supervisory training. She earned her A.B., with University Honors, from Washington University and her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
