Kaufman & Canoles recently acted as special District of Columbia counsel to 1899 L Street Tower, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, BlackRock Granite Property Fund, Inc., a Maryland corporation and BlackRock Granite Property Fund, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, in connection with the closing of a $37,000,000 loan from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, secured in part by certain real property located in the District of Columbia.
