Kaufman & Canoles Represents Matthews County Virginia in Financing Lease
About Corporate & Public Finance
Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., recently served as bond counsel to the County of Mathews, Virginia in connection with a transaction where the County entered into a financing lease with the Virginia Resources Authority to refinance the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of the County's new courthouse and administrative offices facility. The transaction closed on June 16, 2010.
