Kaufman & Canoles Represents Underwriters in Issuance of Bonds to Finance Renovation of Library Building at Virginia Wesleyan College
About Corporate & Public Finance
Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., recently served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance by the Norfolk Airport Authority of a $5,050,000 tax-exempt revenue bond to assist Virginia Wesleyan College in refinancing the renovation of the library building located on the College's campus in Norfolk, Virginia. The transaction closed on June 28, 2010.
