Kaufman & Canoles Represents YMCA of South Hampton Roads in Issuance of Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds

Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., recently served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance by the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority of $11,272,000 in tax-exempt revenue bonds to assist Young Men's Christian Association of South Hampton Roads in financing and refinancing the acquisition, construction and renovation of various YMCA properties located in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Suffolk, Virginia. The transaction closed on July 1, 2010.
