Topics covered include (1) lease terms; (2) issues to consider in evaluating rent concession negotiations; (3) how to proceed when a tenant defaults and landlord seeks to obtain possession and/or a judgment; (4) how to collect on a judgment; and, (5) bankruptcy considerations. The seminar will include practical tips from seasoned practitioners, as well as useful forms and resources. This program was developed specifically for property managers, leasing agents and commercial property owners.
