Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Neil Talegoankar has joined as Of Counsel in the firm’s expanding Richmond office. Mr. Talegaonkar will be a member of the Labor and Employment team.

Mr. Talegaonkar’s practice is a mixture of counseling, negotiation, and litigation. He advises employers on compliance with federal and state laws and represents employers, executives, physicians, and other professionals on the employment agreement front. He has litigated a variety of employment issues in various state and federal courts, regularly representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Virginia Employment Commission.
